USCIS issues revised Form I-9
Posted June 27th, 2008 by PhilThe USCIS recently released a new version of Form I-9. Form I-9 is a form that all U.S. employers are required to complete and keep on file to ensure that their employees are authorized to work in the U.S.
The new form is dated June 16, 2008 and older versions are no longer acceptable.
USCIS issues revised form I-693
Posted June 21st, 2008 by PhilThe USCIS has issued a revised Form I-693 Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination. The new form is dated June 5, 2008. The previous edition will be accepted through July 14, 2008.
New visa bulletin released

For those of you who are new to the "visa bulletin" or don't know what it is, the visa bulletin is a report issued by the Department of State about the current backlog or waiting time for immigrant visas.
USCIS courier address changes for Chicago Lockbox
Posted June 1st, 2008 by PhilThe USCIS has change the address for those sending petitions to the USCIS Chicago Lockbox via courier. Effective immediately, all filings sent by UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other private courier should be sent to the following address:

USCIS revises filing instructions for I-751
Posted May 25th, 2008 by PhilYesterday the USCIS announced that it is revising the filing instructions for Form I-751. In the future all I-751 petitions will be filed either with the California or Vermont Service Center where those petitions are currently adjudicated.
