I am working on preparing a fiance visa petition for my girlfriend from Thailand. I have a lot of stuff to support the fact that we have met in person but I'm not sure exactly what to include. Any input?
Current USCIS processing time reports indicate that the K3 processing time is about the same as the processing time for an I-130. Anyone have any recent experience with K3 processing?
