Biometric fee paid but not showing it was

need to know how to let immigration office know that all payment was sent in and that the money they are saying i owed for my biometric proof was sent in that all payment was sent in however this has been over a month ago

Urgent-I94 expired

Hello,

My I94 and H1B visa expired 2 days ago i.e. 8th Jan, 2012. I have a valid I797 until 19th Sept, 2012. I was told that I797 is the document which is accurate and I dont need to worry about the visa stamp on my passport. Now my lawyer told me that I94 is the latest documentation that would be on records and it overwrites everything else. So he advised me to file for renewal immediately and hopefully it would be done by 13th Jan, 2012 by premium processing. Now my questions are:

Gap between I-94 (B1/B2) and H1B aproved. Do I need to leave USA?

I came to USA as Business Visa and Immigration gave me I-94 until 08/02/2009.
The company that I came to visit, decided give me a job to be marketing manager here and applyed for my H1B in 04/22/2009.
They approved and gave me the I-797A for my H1B from 10/01/2009 to 09/26/2012.
My question is: Between the date that I should leave of my I-94 from B visa at 08/02/2009 and the date that will start at 10/01/2009, has one gap. I would like to know if I need to leave USA before August for if I can stay and wait my H1 start in October.
