RFE Mailing Addresses for the National Benefits Center

The USCIS is notoriously bad at providing easy to find and accurate information. In many instances even immigration lawyers don't have easy access to the information we need. If you receive an RFE from the National Benefits Center or NBC here's where to mail your response:

Overnight Courier (UPS and FedEx)

USCIS/NBC
Attn: RFE Response
850 NW Chipman Road, Ste 5000
Lee's Summit, MO 64063

The ultimate goal of this change is to allow applicants to have their ASC appointment and visa interview on the same day. This is not currently an option but the post reports that same day appointments will be available soon.
