Some time after you receive your receipt notice, you will receive a second notice from the USCIS instructing your spouse (and children, if applicable) to go to the closest Application Support Center (ASC) to be fingerprinted.

The notice will contain the date, time and location of the appointment. It is important to try to keep this appointment as cancellation or rescheduling will result in significant delays. However, if you need to reschedule your appointment you can call the number listed on the notice or reschedule your appointment through the USCIS InfoPass system which is discuss in the introductory section of this Guide.
