After you have completed Form I-751 and gather the required supporting documentation, follow these steps for submitting the petition to the USCIS:

1. Prepare attached USCIS cover letter.
2. Prepare envelope or shipping label with appropriate USCIS address. See USCIS in the definitions section for the appropriate address. You will need to file with the USCIS Service Center with jurisdiction over your state of residence.
3. Prepare certified check for appropriate filing fee and biometrics fee. See fee schedule attached or visit the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov for current fees.
4. Enclose check, Form I-751, and supporting documentation and mail to USCIS.
