Question 10. Most applicants will simply check the Birth in U.S. box. If you obtained citizenship through naturalization you will need to include your naturalization certificate number. If you obtained citizenship through your parents but were not born in the U.S. check the box next to “Parents” and indicate whether you obtained a certificate in your own name.
