Using a Lawyer to Write a Will

The big advantage of having a lawyer help you prepare a will is peace of mind. Wills are fairly complex legal documents that have tremendous legal significance. After a person dies, there is no opportunity to redo a poorly drafted or improperly witnessed will. RFE Mailing Addresses for the National Benefits Center

The USCIS is notoriously bad at providing easy to find and accurate information. In many instances even immigration lawyers don't have easy access to the information we need. One piece of information that has been well-hidden by the USCIS are the mailing addresses for Requests for Evidence or RFE's. If you receive an RFE from the National Benefits Center or NBC here's where to mail your response:

How do I extend my non immigrant status?

You can apply to extend your non-immigrant status by filing Form I-539. Use Form I-129 to apply for an E1, E2, or TN extension.
