“This site is something we’ve been thinking about doing for a long time and we felt that there really was not much out there that offered comprehensive information about U.S. immigration law system,” said Philip C. Curtis, immigration attorney and co-owner of E-Commerce Enterprises, LLC the company which operates the site. VisaAmigo.com is an informational website that focuses on family-based immigration issues. The site features numerous articles on immigration law topics, user forums, and free guides which provide step-by-step instructions for various immigration processes.

The fiance visa or K-1 visa is a non-immigrant visa which is available to the fiances of U.S. Citizens. if approved the visa will allow the foreign national fiance to enter the U.S. for a period of 90 days for the purpose of marrying the U.S. Citizen who filed the fiance visa petition. The fiance visa has become a very important visa as the world as become a smaller place because of the internet and other information and communication technology improvements.
