Ciudad Juarez Non-Immigrant Visa Procedures Changed

Ciudad Juarez is one of the largest and busiest U.S. consular posts in the world. The Ciudad Juarez post recently announced that all non-immigrant applicants at the Ciudad Juarez post must obtain an Application Support Center (ASC) appointment for biometrics before attending a non-immigrant visa interview at Ciudad Juarez. The ultimate goal of this change is to allow applicants to have their ASC appointment and visa interview on the same day. This is not currently an option but the post reports that same day appointments will be available soon.

The ASC for Cd. Juarez is located at the old consular post site at Avenida Lopez Mateos 924 N, Fracc. La Playa in Building C. The office is open from 8 AM to 1:30 PM from Monday through Friday.
